I'm immensely pleased with my experience and the ring was crafted to perfection.... beyond what I would have hoped. Instead of the Silver Inlay, I was able to send a bass guitar string to the designer to be inlayed in its place. Looks perfect. I had some difficultly determining my correct size, so the ring was too small upon it's initial arrival. However, I was able to send the ring back to be resized at no additional charge!!! (except return shipping, naturally... worth it to get it right). Both the initial crafting and the resizing were completed with unexpectedly rapid turnaround time, which is a huge bonus. Again, I am thoroughly pleased with the product and the first rate customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to have a beautifully, custom-crafted bentwood ring such as this.

I bought this ring for my fiancé and he absolutely loves it! It’s very lightweight which is one of his favorite parts. It came in a small wooden box with wax for cleaning. I ordered it on a Tuesday with an urgent need for a rush order and had it in my hands on Friday! She was very helpful and super quick at responding. Totally worth it!!!

Beautiful rings, exactly as pictured. They came on time if not earlier than I expected. It comes in a cute box along with a small container of wax. The store owner was very helpful with all my questions including possible resizing at a later date.

I ordered matching wedding bands from Bentwood for my husband and I after over a year of researching wood rings. My husband is a woodworker, builder, and artist and we both grew up and are back living in our small hometown in Northern California- a place full of beautiful redwoods, oaks, and fir trees. All of this considered, we knew we wanted something different and representative of us (our last name is also Woodhouse), so we chose these rad oak rings. Shannon is great to work with and very helpful and we adore our rings. Everyone is always blown away when they realize our rings are real wood! I've now purchased 4 rings total from Bentwood. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Shannon was extremely patient and understanding working with me and promptly answering all my questions. Despite not being able to order the rings with ample time to confirm the ring sizes, she helped rush the order and I got it in time for my partner's birthday proposal! Such a beautiful ring! Great colours and texture... the only thing I'd like to mention is that the colour is a lot lighter than the pictures. Other than that, the packaging was great and shipped quickly.

My husband is allergic to every type of metal, and we have been searching for an alterative wedding ring for a few years. I wasn't sure what to expect with a wooden ring, but this ring has definitely exceeded my expectations! I searched a few wooden rings shops also, and Bentwood was the most impressive. This ring is absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! I received it so quickly as well. Therefore, I did not make it until our anniversary to give it to my husband, so he got it 3 weeks early! Also, when I ordered she immediately sent me a ring sizer. It fits perfectly! As you can see, he loves it so much he insisted on a 'glamor shot'.

I had an apparently tricky order in mind (a custom sand inlay on the inside of the ring), and every single wooden ring vendor I contacted said they couldn't do it. BENTWOOD however, has exceeded my expectations in every way. In terms of talent and patience, they will do everything to make sure the ring you get is a spitting image of the ring you have in mind. The rings are amazing!

The ring is beautiful. I was hoping for the wood to be darker, the ring I received was a lighter tone than what I was expecting from the picture, but it is still very nice. I'm waiting for Christmas to give it to my husband, and I'm sure he will love it.

We love the rings. We are using them as our wedding bands. The glass inlay ring was a little big but Shannon kindly helped us through the options we had to make it smaller. She sent us a ring sizer and we sent the ring back and managed to make it a half size smaller. Everything worked out perfectly and we were very grateful for all the effort that she made to accomodate us.

I absolutely love our wedding rings! The glass doesn't look as shiny as it does in the picture, but I knew it wouldnt. When it gets in the sun, it does truly sparkle. Shannon was so good to work with us and our specific requests! We have gotten so many complaints.

I ordered this ring last minute for my (then future) husband. They were able to get the ring out faster than usual just in time for our wedding! The color of the ring we received was a little darker than the picture shows, but that is ok with us!

I love my new rings! They are quality and beautiful. Just a heads up...really consider upsizing. I used a ring sizer beforehand but because the band was wider than I normally wear and the material slides a little different over the finger (than metal) I needed to have them resized. Shannon was great to work with and helped me get the rings fixed. Happy, happy, happy!

Update*** Mrs.Shannon refinished our rings and they weren't cracked or unfinished. We are pleased. We've had our rings 2 weeks. I ordered the glass inlay and the wood ring for my wife and I. I requested a refund since my ring has a chip and my wife's ring has crack where it can easily start chipping as mine did. My wife saw it when we received our rings but thought it was normal as this was our first wood ring purchase. She loved it and did not want to be disappointed. Mrs.Shannon stated that she would refinish them but we aren't happy with it chipping so quickly with very minimal use. The glass inlay was dull as well but the photos with good lighting did make is seem to sparkle.

The rings turned out beautifully and Shannon was such a pleasure to work with. Communication was very prompt and all of my questions were answered. She was accommodating when we had a sudden change in plans and needed our rings at an earlier date. I've received so many compliments on my ring and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I received the prism ring from Bentwood. It's very unique and beautiful. If you're seeking something especially flashy and sparkly, this might not be for you. It's subtle and that's what I was going for. The opal appears clear/white- pink/orange -green/blue depending on the lighting. The seller was very helpful and responsive when I contacted her.

I've had this ring for a few months now, I wish I had bought this sooner. Originally I bought a platinum wedding band, it was nice, but it just didn't fit me. I needed something that fit my personality and my love of the outdoors. Thanks Bentwood.

From day one conversing with Shannon about our Wedding bands she was attentive, patient and accommodating. I searched for days for the exact type of ring I was looking for (something unique, with lots of character and including Opal - since we are marrying in October) I was able to customize my band, and my fiance loves the design her chose. We received our rings very quickly in a gorgeous, Bentwood wood jewelry box along with wax to preserve the rings character. I teared up when I took out my Wedding band. It is a gorgeous Opal wood band. It fits perfect and the engraving my fiance and I got was in script and simply beautiful. These rings are beautifully crafted - everyone who sees them wants to know where we got them! My fiance and I ordered matching wedding bands, and they arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. It's beautiful and really stands out. The wood is a bit darker than we expected, so if you want it lighter, try a custom order with different wood :)

Great look, great feel, but somewhat different from the picture. The color of the wood is not quite as rich, more brown than red, and the inlay doesn't have quite the same sparkle. It is still a lovely, unique piece though.

We enjoy the look & feel of our rings, but they do look rather different from the pictures. The wood is more a black than a deep red wood-grain tone & the inlay is not quite as sparkly. That said, they are still beautiful, unique pieces.

Absolutely love this ring! The metal of my wedding band was irritating my skin, so I decided to buy this. And, it is gorgeous, lightweight, and seems durable (only had it a week so far)! The purple color isn't as bright as it shows in the pictures, which I actually prefer.

I was unsure if I had the correct size, but the seller sent me a ring sizer to make sure, and the sizer arrived in the mail far sooner than I could believe. The ring itself came a couple weeks earlier than was predicted, and it fits my boyfriend perfectly. I had to contact Shannon a few times with questions; she was always quick and precise with her responses, and she was always a pleasure to talk to! I am so happy to have found Bentwood Jewelry and will most likely have future orders!

These rings are very understated, which is what makes them elegant and easy. The fit was perfect, and the box they came in was very nice. It even came with more wax to keep them nice looking over the years. In addition, the seller was very kind to myself and my fiancé by sending ring sizers to each of our locations, and was very patient with us.

I ordered an engagement ring for my fiancé from the UK with the size coming from a US sizer (we had it ordered for the wedding ring). We were surprised it didn't fit as comfortably as expected (it was too small). Shannon was really accommodating as she resized the ring for free with the specific sizer for model, without making a fuss out of it. She then returned it to us. We are now perfectly happy with the ring which is a beautiful piece of work. It is a light and uncommon ring! Second-to-none customer service and great ring!

Shannon made a custom ring for me in buckeye burl instead of walnut. She sent the ring earlier than I expected and it came super fast in the mail. These are gorgeous! I have really small fingers and the womans ring is very dainty and feminine which I love. It's hard for me to find rings that don't look obnoxious. If you want something simply but yet gorgeous I highly recommend these rings! The service was done just on time as well and talking with the seller was easy and they are really nice!

I can't believe how soon these rings were done and shipped after I ordered them! The seller answered all of my questions and made the rings exactly how I asked. The rings look beautiful and fit perfectly. My fiance and I will be using these rings as our wedding bands.

I am pleased now with the width of the ring. The first one ordered was not pleasing as it was 12mm and too wide. However, the vendor did allow us to re order for a fifty percent discount and return of the original ring. Even though we paid an additional amount to have the rind re made to an appropriate width and the price went up 50% and the vendor received her original rings back, we are happy with what we ended up with. The craftmanship seems flawless and the end product is very attractive.

We were happy to be able to RE order the item. How ever paying 50% more was a little steep considering the first item that did not fit is still brand new and the vendor could still find a buyer since we returned the first ring for the right size. Be especially careful you know your ring size. We did not have a concept of width either so the corrected size and width were adjusted. Other than that we are happy with the product. It is unique and attractive and I am sure we will enjoy the ring for years to come.
